Welcome to our Beginner Quilt "with a bit of personality" series. This is the first in our Fig 1, 2, 3 series of beginning quilts that teach you something at the same time staying "doable." This series will include a basic quilt pattern based on a MODA precut that can be easily pieced, does not have a lot of points to match and shouldn't take you more than a weekend. Great for the non-beginners as well who would enjoy finishing up a quilt that they are proud. For this project, you have a few center options and then you will learn how to make this classic "scallop" border on either a lap or a topper size quilt! We will explain the quilt step by step.
